Order Fulfillment and Completion Times
Our products are assembled in-house by hand. That doesn’t mean we don’t strive for fast service. We do our best to ship out the same, or next, business day whenever possible. In most cases that happens. Of course, that isn’t always possible.
We typically process orders Monday – Friday. We do not process orders or ship on Federal Holidays or when shipping carriers are closed. We do sometimes process orders and offer support on weekends but these are not official business days for us.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday through Friday may ship the same or next business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am on Saturdays may ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am Saturday will not ship out until Monday or the next business day if Monday is a Holiday.
In some cases order processing may take longer. We experience periods of high order volume. Supply chain issues are common. Sometimes parts we need are on backorder. For these reasons please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped.
Once a shipping label is generated you should receive a shipment notification email complete with tracking information. Please allow 24 to 72 hours after the ship date for tracking information to be updated with the carrier.
Once the shipping carrier has your shipment, delivery time varies based on the shipping destination and the carrier. Delivery typically happens within 1-7 business days of shipment. Please allow 10 days before inquiring about missing or delayed shipments.

Shipping Carriers
We typically ship via the following carriers: USPS, UPS and FedEx.
Free Shipping
Any free shipping offered on our site is offered via the shipping carrier and service of our choosing. In the unlikely event our costs for free shipping exceed the value of your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund. Free shipping is typically only valid to shipping destinations in the lower 48 states within the United States only.
Ship To Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and correct when placing their order. We typically only ship to the ship to address provided with your order or associated with the payment method. For instance, we generally ship only to verified PayPal shipping addresses or addresses associated with the card or those on file with the card issuer.
We reserve the right to refuse any change to the “ship to” address after an order has been placed. If changes to the shipping address are necessary post-order, we may require the original order be cancelled and refunded. You would then need to place a new order with correct shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any address for any reason. This includes physical addresses, virtual shipping address, PO boxes etc. In the event we refuse to ship an order, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
International Orders
We may not offer International shipping outside of the U.S. directly on our site. Instead, International customers may contact us via email and purchase products via a secure invoice issued by one of our payment processors. This ensures we account for exchange rates and shipping fees correctly. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any International orders made without our prior approval and authorization or via any other method than an invoice issued by us.
Any invoice or International order costs we charge cover our costs to export the order only. These are our costs for shipping out of the United States. Any import duties, customs fees, tariffs, taxes or other importation fees are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must know and understand the import and customs fees and policies of the destination country.
Providing false information on customs documentation is illegal. We only report true and accurate details on customs forms. Please do not ask us to lie or break the law in an attempt to avoid import fees. We will not mark items as samples, gifts etc. unless they actually are. We will not alter or change pricing or otherwise knowingly or willingly report incorrect information.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues beyond our control once an item has been handed over to the shipping carrier. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Shipping delays due to weather or natural disaster
- Shipping delays due to carrier volume, accidents or other unusual events
- Lost or stolen shipments
- Misdirected shipments
- Shipments stolen, lost, damaged or misplaced after delivery
Shipping Insurance
Most of our shipments for orders of $100 or less include some sort of insurance coverage provided by the carrier. This includes orders shipped via USPS Priority mail, Fedex Ground and UPS Ground. For other delivery methods, or orders exceeding $100, insurance may be purchased. Please contact us prior to ordering if you’re concerned about shipping insurance on your order. Either we or the customer may open a shipping insurance claim. If we open an insurance claim on your behalf the carriers have specific requests that must be met.
